Internal residual current monitor measured high ground leakage, usually insufficient insulation to earth.

PV string insulation breakdownMoisture in connectors or DC isolatorsDamaged string cable
What to check
STEP 1
Shock hazard. Inverter switch OFF, wait 5 minutes for capacitors, isolate AC, disconnect DC.
STEP 2
Reconnect each DC string separately and power up until the error reappears to find the faulty string.
Escalate if
No faulty string found, or error appears with all strings disconnected
