Multiple strings connected to one MPPT input (not supported)
Shading causing string current imbalance
What to check
STEP 1
Check panel Isc on datasheet -- must be below 16A
STEP 2
Confirm only one string per MPPT input
Escalate if
Panel Isc within spec and wiring correct but fault persists -- contact Anker support
