Grid voltage has dropped below the inverter minimum threshold. Inverter disconnects from grid.
Common causes
DNO supply issue or local grid faultLoose or high-resistance AC connection at consumer unit or inverterUndersized AC cable causing voltage drop under load
What to check
STEP 1
Measure grid voltage at inverter AC terminals with multimeter -- UK nominal 230 Vac; below 207 Vac is out of spec
STEP 2
Check all AC connections are tight and correctly torqued
Escalate if
Grid voltage within spec at meter but low at inverter -- suspect high-resistance joint; contact Anker support if fault persists
