Common causes
CT clamp cable disconnected at inverter RS485 portCT clamp not clamped around conductorCT arrow facing wrong direction (reversed import/export)RS485 cable damaged
What to check
STEP 1
Confirm CT clamp cable is plugged into RS485 port on inverter
STEP 2
Confirm CT clamp is around the grid incomer L conductor only (not L+N together)
Escalate if
CT correctly installed and cabled, fault persists -- try replacing CT clamp; contact Anker support
