Battery pack voltage has dropped below safe lower limit. Battery stops discharging to protect cells.

What to check
STEP 1
Allow battery to charge from solar or grid -- if grid is available inverter should begin charging automatically
STEP 2
Check minimum SOC reserve setting in app -- if set too low, battery may discharge to an unsafe level
Escalate if
Battery not recovering after charging for 2 hours with solar or grid available -- contact Anker support
