What to check
STEP 1
Power down. Check BMS communication cable between inverter and battery -- reseat both ends
STEP 2
Check battery module DC breaker is ON and battery is powered
Escalate if
Cable confirmed seated and battery powered but comms not re-established -- contact Anker support
